Substitution Policy: Due to supply chain and shipping issues around the world, we may not have the specific flowers or vases you see. However, we will design your arrangement as closely as possible with substituted flowers will be of equal or greater value and will be in the color palette and tone of the arrangement you select. Or you may choose the Designers Choice option at your desired price and let our designers create something special for you!

Valentine’s Day Information: Timing of your delivery will be dependent on location in our route. With the sheer amount of deliveries going out the holiday week, we cannot guarantee an exact time. If your delivery is going to a place of business, please designate the recipient’s working hours in the “Order Notes” section of your order. Due to weather and inability to leave flowers outside during this season, we will call recipients with residential addresses before delivery to ensure that someone is available to receive the floral delivery.

Due to extreme call volume during the holiday, we will contact you if we are unable to complete your delivery for any reason. If you haven’t heard from us, you should assume that your delivery is on track and/or has already been delivered.
