Refund Policy:
Uptown Florist 24 Hour Guarantee:  We consider every order an obligation to give complete satisfaction.  Please PHONE US AT ONCE if you are not completely satisfied in every way. 320-634-4430  Every effort will be made to correct or replace merchandise. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Delivery Policy:
Deliveries are typically made between 1:00pm and 4:00pm CST.  Same day deliveries are guaranteed for orders placed by 12:00 noon CST.  After 12:00 noon CST, please call us to determine if same day delivery can still be guaranteed.  320-634-4430

Shipping Policy:
We typically do not ship fresh flowers or plants.  We can arrange to ship non perishable merchandise.  Please call us to arrange for shipping.  320-634-4430
